条 为规范人民法院司法警察（以下简称司法警察）刑事审判警务保障工作，根据《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》、《中华人民共和国人民警察法》、《中华人民共和国人民法院法庭规则》和《人民法院司法警察暂行条例》等有关法律、行政法规，制定本规则。
